I just purchased a Bluetooth mouse and when using it with MacBook, it felt horrible. I was thinking I would get used to it after a while but hovering around the close button and not being able to get within the hit-area of it is incredibly annoying. This is the Mac’s major annoyance. I use Windows with mouse acceleration enabled and never thought much about it. It felt natural. Mouse acceleration in OS X is just a pain in the ass.
It’s like Windows has this mouse acceleration curve that is a gradual slope and Mac OS X has this mouse acceleration curve that looks like my stairs.
